Your hosts are the Alpha Collegiate Chapter at the University of Minnesota and the Alpha Alumni Chapter.

Our headquarters will be in Bloomington, Minnesota, at the Embassy Suites Minneapolis Airport.  Embassy Suites Minneapolis Airport is about ten minutes from the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and part of the Hilton Hotel chain. 

Please reserve your room as early as possible.  To reserve your room, contact the Embassy Suites directly and ask for the Phi Upsilon Omicron Room Block.  You can make your reservation directly with the hotel at www. minneapolisairport.embassysuites.com\phi_upsilon_omicron.  All rooms are two room suites and sleep four comfortably for $144.00.  Rooms must be reserved by August 15 to ensure that you obtain the Phi U conference rate and we meet the minimum room reservations required.  Check-in time is 3:00pm; Check-out time is 12:00 noon.  The rates include a full cook-to-order breakfast available each morning in the Atrium and a nightly reception each evening for each guest.

Suites have been recently redecorated and feature a private bedroom with one king or two double beds and a spacious living room.  All the Suites are fully equipped with two televisions, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, coffee maker, two telephones, wireless high-speed internet access and a well-lit work table.

There is an indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna and steam room as well as a fitness center on-site.  Guests can enjoy complimentary parking, a gift shop and express check-out.
